Introduced by a mutual friend in Chiang Mai, Thailand (2014), Marina Verdugo & Phil Burns have been traveling and living in different places around the world.
Yep! Both had to travel across the world to find themselves living different adventures in life. However, after COVID (2020), they had the opportunity to invest in Marina's hometown by building a couple of their own properties and some projects for relatives & friends in the area of San Jose del Cabo and East Cape.
The combination of local knowledge (aka "Marina") and the "English way to do things" (aka "Phil") is a great asset in achieving positive outcomes in the real estate services sector in Los Cabos, Mexico.

For the past 10 years, we've managed and built houses in different countries, including Thailand, Mexico, the USA, and England, specializing in construction management.
A few years ago, we decided to live, invest, volunteer & enjoy in Los Cabos. This was part of our designed plan to reach the goal of living a more joyful and stress-free life.
